It is Easter time, and as a result, I find myself constantly singing "In Your Easter Bonnet." So, I have had hats on my mind a lot lately. And the truth is, I am extremely sad that hats are rare except, perhaps, in winter-time. I have compiled a delightful collection of hats beginning in the 1700's. And I am going to put a general wish out to the fashion universe that I hope hats have a major comeback someday!
